What is it?
Mentoring is a relationship between people in a business setting in which the mentor helps the mentee with issues related to their career. Most of us can point to someone who, along the way, helped us to learn, grow, and advance our career. Sometimes these relationships happen naturally (informal) and sometimes they are planned (formal program).
