Christopher Babin, M.Ed.

In addition to his most recent position as Director of Corporate Education for Eddie Bauer, Chris has been an Executive Director, Manager, and Sole Proprietor. His broad range of experience is now being applied to help companies provide state of the art training and computer applications to streamline HR processes.

Chris has the soul of a trainer: articulate, humorous and patient. His natural abilities have been honed by over 30 years of experience in a variety of management and training roles. Computers were once a hobby for him, but since 1991, he has actively woven that interest into his professional life.

Linda Dorsett, MSOD, LCSW

Linda is passionate about the change process - but only if it is effective in helping people or companies achieve their desired results. In the roles of: Organization Development Consultant, Executive Director, Psychotherapist and Author, she has accumulated 30 years of experience guiding people through change.

Her two advanced degrees have helped her to focus on the development of both individuals and businesses. As a sole proprietor, she built a thriving business that facilitated change in hundreds of people struggling with difficult life situations. As an Executive Director, she has led successful turnaround efforts. As a consultant, she has worked with companies both large and small to improve their functioning.
