Transition Management Sometimes organizations need a temporary leader while the right new leader is being sought or to make the changes necessary to prepare for new leadership. We have experience with a wide range of businesses both for profit and not-for- profit as well as governmental organizations. While each business is unique, there are basic commonalities that can be leveraged in a transition process. We are prepared to step into most kinds of business on a temporary basis and either hold the organization steady or clean up old problems while preparing for the next leader. Project Planning and Implementation When you add a big project to the pile of work, how can you get it done? It may be tempting to try to add it to the existing piles on employees desks – but really, sometimes you know that just won’t work. Bringing in a skilled and experienced leader to focused on this project can make the difference between success and failure. We don’t have the skills to take on all kinds of projects – but we have the honesty to tell you whether we can effectively take on yours. Community Organization When the work to be done really takes a village, someone needs to organize the activity. How can you decide what needs to be done? How can you engage the help of others? How can you decide who will do what? How can you keep volunteers motivated and engaged? How can you maintain morale when the going gets tough?
